ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance
We deliver a Quality Assured service across all parts of our electronic component supply business:
- online confirmation of current component stock levels
- rapid and reliable response to RFQs and other enquiries
- delivery to you of your components
- invoicing and responding to queries
We achieve this because quality assurance is central to our business. Our Quality Management System helps us ensure quality service across the whole business. It has been ISO 9001:2015 certified by UKAS since 29 October 1993. The scope of the certification is procurement and supply of electronic and electrical components.
As part of the QA process we regularly ask a sample of our clients to complete a simple customer satisfaction survey.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System (QMS). Since it was first introduced in 1987 over 1 million organisations in over 180 countries have achieved certification. It was originally based on the British Standard BS 5750. It is managed by the International Standards Organisation, who say “Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good-quality products and services”. We are accredited to the latest version ISO 9001:2015.
UKAS
The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is the National Accreditation Body for the United Kingdom. They are appointed by the government to assess and accredit organisations that provide services including certification, testing, inspection and calibration against internationally agreed standards.
ERAI and JOSCAR
Our commitment to quality also drives our membership of ERAI, which aims to “make the global electronic supply chain a safe business environment.” This link verifies our membership.
Auckland International are fully registered with JOSCAR and are on their accreditation register. JOSCAR is an accreditation system for the aerospace, defence and security sectors.
