Customer Satisfaction Survey

We are committed to delivering a quality assured service for sourcing obsolete electronic components, selling excess stock,  and all other aspects of our business.  This is demonstrated by our ISO 9001 certification for Procurement and supply of electronic and electrical components.

As part of the QA process we regularly ask a sample of our customers to complete the simple customer satisfaction survey below.  It is important to us to understand how our customers feel about our service, and to know where we can improve.
